Ultimate Technical Academy offers unique training solutions for today's HVAC industry. Whether a Technician is new to the industry or has years of experience. UTA's training program gives you the most value for your investment because of how much technicians learn in just a matter of weeks...compared to months or years of "traditional" or "ride-a-long" training.

UTA offers several one-week courses so you can pick which ones are right for you and fit into your busy schedule. Some students choose one week at a time, while others spend two and sometimes three weeks attending several courses in a row. UTA courses do not require any pre-course study materials so you can enroll at any time. We also provide all tools and electronic testing instruments necessary for training.

Our courses contain a blend of classroom training that teaches the theory of "how it works" and most importantly the "hands-on" training teaching the "how to" procedures it takes to get the job done. We spend approximately 1/3 of the time in lecture and 2/3rds in the Electrical, Heating & AC labs learning applied processes.

Courses are designed around the knowledge and skills necessary for HVAC installation, maintenance and service. Our program is based on performance rather than theory allowing technicians to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills instantly!

The "fast track" one-week courses enable beginning (novice) techs to quickly get jump started into their new career. Intermediate techs will further understand the “theory” of HVAC systems so they can handle more complex service calls. Skilled techs will refine their existing techniques in effort to decrease diagnostic times, recalls, and billable hours. Each technician works individually on lab projects. Techs with experience will be assigned projects with an increased level of difficulty so they can progress at their own rate.
