Ultimate Technical Academy uses a training method that is proving to be the most effective learning environment for technicians that has ever been created for the HVAC industry. It contains a balanced combination of intense classroom training and practical "hands-on" lab application.  This learning curriculum provides the framework for technicians to excel. It provides the best possible value for your training investment. Each individual course is only five days in length. Most traditonal technical schools are too lengthy, too expensive and have too much "theory" and not enough practical application. At UTA, we spend approximately 1/3 of the time in the classroom on a very focused study, and then the majority of the time in the Electrical, Heating or AC labs learning how to practically apply what has been learned. Because our program is "outcome" based, the student is instantly able to be more productive and can accomplish this in a few weeks instead of months or years by other means.

These fast track one-week courses enable new technicians to quickly get jump started in their career and helps experienced techs refine their skills and put all the pieces together to enhance their abilities.  We have designed our courses for the Installation, Maintenance and Service Technicians, so regardless of what task they are performing they will gain the skills necessary to provide the Ultimate in quality while maximizing efficiency. 

We currently offer these five courses and each course is five days in length.

Each technician works individually on lab projects, this way more experienced technicians can move on to projects with an increased level of difficulty. This process allows technicians to build on their existing knowledge base maximizing the amount of training regardless of their background.
